Data we collect
When you use the contact form or write to us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the details of your request and the documents you send. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the service (steps prior to a contract and performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to meet our legal obligations, for example accounting.
Recipients
Your data and documents are accessible only to our staff and to the translators, interpreters and authorities involved in your file. Our email is provided by Google Workspace and this website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as offering adequate protection.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order files are kept for as long as required by law, in particular for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing and request portability by writing to info@abc-office.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies
This site only stores your language choice in a functional cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies are used, so no consent banner is needed.
