Because we also translate and legalise, we order the document in the format the destination country expects, then add the sworn translation and the apostille or legalisation. No more requesting a document twice because it was issued in the wrong form.
What we need from you
Depending on the document: a copy of your identity document, a signed authorisation and the details of the record (names, dates, place of registration). Some records can only be requested by the person concerned or a close relative; we tell you which case applies.

Can you request documents from another country?
Yes, in many countries, as long as the local procedure allows a representative to apply on your behalf. Send us the details and we confirm feasibility and timing before you commit.
How recent must my document be?
Many authorities require documents issued less than three or six months ago. Tell us where the document will be used and we request a version that meets the requirement.
Can I order retrieval on its own?
Yes. You can order only the retrieval, or combine it with translation and legalisation.
